Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  If you're bored with the winter weather, put on a different hat and celebrate the Chinese New Year.  Clean your home, sweep out the old dirt and get a trim or haircut to promote new growth.  Springtime is just around the corner; celebrating the Chinese New Year will kickstart you into a mindset of new ideas, freshness in the home and attitude.

Gung Hay Fat Choy!  It's the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Dragon!  If you were born in the years 1904, 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, or 2000, then you are a dragon.  The Dragon represents good fortune and  intense power.  People born in Dragon years are usually those in positions of honor and generally are respected.  Dragons are free spirits and tend to be colorful, flamboyant and extroverted (although they can be rather solitary at heart).
