Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  If you have a loved one/significant other and you're blessed with the brains to know how fortunate you are...tell him or her how much they mean to you.  Whether it's by action, deed or words - have it come from the heart.  Great love comes only once in life if you're lucky...so treasure it.
