They manage others well and tend to be good for organizations to utilize as staff. They are quite motivated and intellectual, very determined and resolute about success. They will have what they desire, despite the conclusion or outcome they generate because it is worth it to them to not only be recognized for their efforts, but to be rewarded as well. Gung Hay Fat Choy!  It's the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Dragon!  If you were born in the years 1904, 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, or 2000, then you are a dragon.  The Dragon represents good fortune and  intense power.  People born in Dragon years are usually those in positions of honor and generally are respected.  Dragons are free spirits and tend to be colorful, flamboyant and extroverted (although they can be rather solitary at heart). Dragons are successful but need to be careful they do not burn out or leave tasks undone.
