My Lunchbox Today

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  I've got a slice of homemade spinach leek quiche (farm fresh eggs and cheese, topped with a few dabs of french butter and a zucchini flower) over a bed of crisp butter lettuce and tomatoes in balsmaic vinegar and artesinal french olive oil.  What are you having for lunch today?
