Make Health Insurance a Priority

For over 25 years, I've paid for my own health insurance - you never know what can happen and dollars-to-donuts you're going to become sick or be in an accident during your lifetime.
Through richer times and poorer times, I have always made health insurance a priority in my life.  I can do without movies, wine, travel and other non-necessities, but I would never have been able to do without the m.d. when I've been seriously ill or without the physical therapist when I've been physically banged up.  There's a plan out there for everyone's wallet-you just have to do your research to find a policy to suit your needs.

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  I've got lots of physical therapy sessions coming my way to help recover from a  twisted vertebra, torn hamstrings and other related injuries - all at a very low copay per visit.  I'm getting my money's worth from my  health insurance premiums.  There are no excuses for no health insurance - there's a policy out there for everyone's wallet.  Invest in your health today!

  1. Having a health insurance cover in place is certainly essential as it safeguards you and your family against financial crisis in case of an emergency. You may resent having to pay a monthly premium, but at least you know that if there is ever a time when you or a family member needs treatment, cost will not be an issue.

  2. Some people may not see the benefits of health insurance today, but in the future they will be thankful that they opted to have a health insurance plan.
