Today, I purchased a long term care policy from Genoworth. Now that I'm an old bag and AARP member, I was able to purchase a wonderful plan at a reasonable cost with an additional AARP discount and benefit added.
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: Take care of yourself and make sure that if something should prevent you from performing basic daily tasks, you have a long term health care policy in effect. We are born alone, we die alone and in between, it's our own responsibility to ensure our well being will be taken care of - especially in our society where no one can depend on relatives or children to take care of us. So do what I did today...purchase some long term care and ensure that your well being will be cared for should you need it!
