Laughter Is Serious Medicine

I treat patients with all types of conditions - from Multiple Sclerosis to PCOS, Prostate Cancer to Golfer's Elbow.  It's all serious medicine, but there isn't one patient that doesn't leave my office without a good laugh or at least a smile on even the most serious day.

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  I believe laughter is serious medicine.  A daily dose of a good laugh will do more for you psychologically and physically than you can imagine.  laughter can help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and relax those tight muscles.  No one leaves my office without a smile at the very least, but most leave taking a good laugh or two with them...and yes, most of them take a butterscotch candy as well.
