If You're Tired, Take a Rest

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  If you've been working hard and long hours and feel tired, then take a much needed rest!  Go home, kick your heels up and relax.  That's what I'm going to do later on today; if it's good enough for me, then it's good enough for you!  Enjoy!
