The Deep Freeze Is On Its Way
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: The deep freeze is blasting its way into the North East corridor this week. If you are engaging in any outdoor sport, remember to hydrate with room temperature water. Just because it's cold out, doesn't mean you will not lose water from your muscles when shovelling snow, snowshoeing, skiing or playing outdoors!

Happy Holidays - We're Goin' Fishing!
We're closing the doors for a week and we're off to swim with dolphins, catch some rays, fish, play some golf and recharge our mental and physical batteries. That means there will be no blog until January 4th.
Here's Your Healthy Tip for the Next Week: behave yourselves out there! Have fun, be safe, be healthy and don't drink and drive. Stay tuned for more healthy tips in the new year!

Winter Fun in the Sun
Well now...it's that time of year when, if we're lucky, we embark on some sort of winter holiday. Whether you're snowboarding out West or sunbathing in the South, let's not forget that even though most of us could be an ad for 'the next white meat', this is no time to fast forward pale to dark! The sun's UVB and UVA rays can be even stronger against the beauty of snow than the beach at times, so be prepared!
Protect your skin and especially your kids' skin!
