The Warm Weather Has Finally Arrived!!

YIPPEEE!!!!  It's gonna be 87 degrees here in Manhattan today.  After walking the doggie's toes off this morning, she's taking her late morning nap and after I've sent out today's blog, I'm off on my mountain bike to check out all the fun outdoor activities here in the Big Apple!

So, it's Saturday again!!! WHOOPPEEEE!!!!  I just love Saturdays when it's nice outside.  So, let's keep it really simple and brief today with your Healthy Tip:
The temperature has just risen over 20 degrees within the past 24 hours.  When you participate in any outdoor activity today, dress appropriately AND DON'T FORGET TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND PUT ON YOUR SUNSCREEN!

First Day At The New Office!

Wow!  Today is the first day at my new office!  I'm very excited with the new space  and I hope you'll all check out the homepage on my website and see a photo of the reception area

And....for all of you who like the downtown Broad St office, me and Nurse Sooki will be there as always during the other days of the workweek.  For the time being, Nurse Sooki gets Tuesdays off to chase squirrels in the park!
