Nausea Can Be Eliminated With Ginger

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  ginger is a natural antiemetic.  It can help reduce or eliminate nausea, vomiting, motion sickness, morning sickness and other upper types of stomach upsets.  If you don't want to  slice and boil your own tea, there are many different caffeine-free ginger teas on the market.  A good staple to have in the cupboard!
