Sleep Is Essential To Good Health

Sleep is essential to good health.  While you are sleeping, your neurotransmitters, hormones and organs all get their fair share of rest.  Good sleeping habits can help prevent accidents during the day, assist in weight loss, reduce blood pressure, and is an integral part of injury healing.
