Quality Workouts Can Be 30 Minutes
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: If you're pressed for time and don't have those 2 hours for the gym trip, try an intensive 30 minute cardio workout. Today, I jumped rope for 25 minutes, then stretched and did pushups for 5. Short and sweet...I had a good workout. There are plenty of activities you can do in 30 minutes on your lunch hour....get creative and get busy!
