Social Networking Helps For Fitness and Wellness

Sticking to a fitness and wellness program can sometimes be most challenging when you're doing it on your own.  That's why social networking groups work to provide online support to a group with similar goals.  The group I lead includes folks from California to Maine and everywhere else in between.  It's a great group of people who, like me, just want some support or a 'pat on the back' when we're feeling like we're going the distance on our own.
