French fries and potato chips contribute to obesity, diabetes, heart disease and acne. But a recent study in Poland found that dangerous levels of acrylamide are found in these foods. Acrylamide can be harmful tothe body's nervous and reproductive systems. Acrylamide can cause developmental deficits in motor skills, mental development, language skills and overall school performance. Just look at the level of mental and intelligence levels of many people you see as regulars at any McDonald's....5 minutes in a fast food restaurant tells paragraphs...
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: If you or your kids aren't the brightest bulbs in the light fixture, it could very well be the amount of potato chips and french fries you are all ingesting on a regular basis. Acrylamide....doesn't sound nice and is worse for your health.
