Rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. It was a real treat to have a few days off...no email, no texting, no phone calls, no nothing! Time to relax, play some golf, enjoy the fabulous company I was with; waking up to the sound of birds singing and rain on the roof. Now, it's time to get back to business, but in my spare moments, I will remember the sights, sounds and wonderful 'silence' of being in the countryside for a few days.
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: From time to time, get out of town for a few days and do something different. Rest, relax and rejuvenate your battery....it's healthy for you!
