Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: Don't eat breakfast cereals that change the color of the milk in the bowl. Avoid foods that contain high fructose or corn syrup. Avoid foods that are pretending to be something they're not. Avoid foods that contain more than five ingredients. The specific number you adopt is arbitrary, but the more ingredients in a packaged food, the more highly processed it probably is.
