Hit Some Golf Balls, Then Hit THe Road!

Yesterday, I had the luxury of an extra day off from the office...so, what's to do on a gorgeous Spring day???
It was off to the driving range to hit about a hundred golf balls.  Eureka!  They're finally going straight and long!  I'm stepping up on my form and thank goodness for all the arm, back and chest work at the gym, 'cause it doesn't take much muscular effort to drive the balls!

Then, it was a day trip to New Hope, PA on the Harley with my life companion.  Sitting on the back of a motorcycle for a few hours can be tough on the tuschie and hamstrings, but 7 hours later, after a lovely adventure, we arrived back into Manhattan and not too worse for wear.  All those squats, lunges and corework aren't just good for the knee rehab...it makes being on the back of that Harley a much more Easy Rider!!

Have fun this weekend in the sun and fresh air and remember....all that hard work in the gym makes for better and more fun play outside!
