Time Out Tuesday

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  Take a time out today and reasses your goals for today, this week, this month, this year.  Are they realistic?  Do you have a plan set to achieve your goals?  Look at your life as if it were someone else's to be more objective and say 'if that was me, I would....' - then do it!
