The Bee's Knees

Some of us live our lives with gusto...I'm one of those people.  Tennis, bicycling, kickboxing, triathlons, golf - you name it, I've played it and played it hard.  Like I always say 'you can be dead tonight, so live life to the fullest and be present in the moment'.  Unfortunately, going with gusto can have its downside...years of wear and tear on the joints can lead to pain and discomfort.

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  Go with gusto in every sport and activity you love, but note: no pain/no gain is a fallacy. Don't be stupid - take care of your joints. If you are experiencing some pain, go get checked out. Come in for acupuncture to effectively treat the malaise and if I deduce you need more, I'll get you partnered with a great specialist.
