Happy Holidays
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: I'm taking the week off for some R and R, so have a wonderful holiday. Forget the resolutions - just take it one day at a time. Have fun, be merry, be safe and I'll be back with more tips in January. HO HO HO and off I go!
