Remember To Hydrate

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  It's Fall and time for all those charity runs, rides, races, etc.  Don't forget proper hydration; even though it might be cool out, you still need to drink the same amount of water before, during and after your event.  Proper hydration is essential to homeostasis, so don't be a dope....hydrate!
