Honor Your Father
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day: It's Father's Day on Sunday, so remember to call him, take out for lunch or dinner, treat him to a game of golf or just spend some time with the fellow. If your father is no longer with us, remember him and remember the good times you had together. If you don't know who your father was or did not have a good relationship with him, call someone who you look up to on Sunday and just have a chat. Happy Weekend!
