Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  Prepare today to do something for your mental health this weekend.  Plan on fishing for an afternoon, quiet gardening, sketching for a few hours, or simply read a nice book in the shade.  Quiet time alone is just as important as diet, exercise and social time.  Take a break and enjoy your own company.
