Take Some TIme For Yourself This Weekend

Most of us are off tomorrow and there's a long weekend in my own near future.  I've got my whole agenda planned...drawing class, golf, motorcycle ride - and most important of all - some quiet time.
Personal quiet time is very important.  It allows us  mentally, spiritually and physically to rest and recharge.

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  Take some time for yourself this weekend and have 'quiet time'.  Rest and recharge your mental, physical and spiritual aspects for a few hours.  Your body, mind and soul will appreciate the gift of appreciation you give them.  Have a great and safe weekend...the office will be closed tomorrow and will reopen on Monday.
