Rice Soup (porridge) Great For Morning Sickness

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  If you are experiencing nausea during your pregnancy, cook yourself up a rice soup (porridge).  There is really nothing better out there to settle the stomach than rice.  Add chicken broth and chinese red dates (or cut up medjool dates) for an added soothing coat for the stomach.  This works for all my expectant mothers who are patients....pass on the info.  It's cheap, easy and does the trick!
