It's Monday and we're all back to our weekly routines that can sometimes become boring. Here are a few healthy tips to make your Monday a more fit and FUN-day.
Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:
Start having a whey protein shake every morning for breakfast. Throw some frozen berries into the blender with it and you'll start every day on the right foot. You'll be less hungry during the day and most likely eat a healthy lunch.
Call a friend and arrange a workout session one evening during the week. The buddy system of exercise is proven to help motivate oneanother and intensify the level of the workout session.
