Diet & Exercise CAN Make The Difference

Wow!  I took a new set of measurements last night after being on my fitness challenge for 5 weeks.  I'm an average of 2inches smaller in almost every part of the body!  How about that??!!!

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  Take a 90 day challenge; your health will improve, you'll look much better and you'll feel fabulous!  I'm into a much smaller dress size after just 5 weeks...let's bring it!
