This morning, I decided to be frugal with my breakfast. I had some leftover protein powder, greens and amino acids that I had been taking before I discovered Shakeology. So, in the true French tradition, I decided not to waste this stuff and switch my protein shake for the day. What a mistake! I was hungry an hour after breakfast and felt like I was 'missing' something from my nutritional intake.
