It's Fall and Time to Have Fun

I'm ready for all the action; I've worked hard for months to get limber, trimmer, leaner and meaner and now it's time to put some of the garden to sleep and prepare to do most of my exercising indoors.  This equates to more playtime!  If you've been outdoors all summer, working hard in the garden, exercising and eating right, then you're about ready to engage in colder weather activities.  Very often, we shun the cold and 'hibernate' ourselves indoors during the cooler months.  Weight gain, depression and lethargy often result from the lack of activity. 

Here's Your Healthy Tip of the Day:  This year, do what I'm doing....embracing the cold (even though I despise cold weather) and getting into some fun activities.  I gotta tell ya....this side car is a scream!!!
