This is What I Eat For Breakfast

People ask me what I eat for breakfast.  Well, I'll tell you....Shakeology.  I've had plenty of protein/meal replacement drinks on the market, but I believe this one is the best for your health, and tastes pretty darn good as well.  I usually have my shake at 8am every morning and, unlike most replacement drinks that only stave off hunger for an hour or so, I'm completely satisfied until about 11am when I have a piece of fruit or small healthy snack.  Shakeology has everything you need in it:  probiotics, greens, reds, vitamins, proteins....the list is way too long for this blog.
