There is an old expression that goes like this: "Winners don't quit; Quitters don't win". All of us have setbacks from time to time. We don't get to the gym when we know it would be best for our health. We don't get the proper nutrition or rest that is necessary for a health life, but somehow it slips past us as a priority. It happens to the best of us.
You're a Winner when you pull yourself up by your bootstraps and try. As long as we keep trying to be our best, we win. This transcends from our health to our professions to our relationships. So, if you've neglected your health lately, don't quit! Get back with the program. It's only when we quit that we lose, and at the end of the day, no one wants to be a Loser.
Here's Your Tip of the Day: get outside and take a walk, a run, skip rope, go to the gym. Even if it's only for a half hour, you'll feel better mentally and physically. You'll be a winner!
